  • I've been here twice for my annual eye exam. On both occasions I found the staff to be friendly and the eye exam process to be efficient. This office sends text and email reminders for appointments when they are due which is helpful. Both times I've been able to get an appointment for a date soon after I called. When I made the appointment I was directed to their website to fill out most of the appointment paperwork which I did. That meant I just had to sign a couple of papers before my appointment, but most of it was completed before I walked in. I was taken right back and my entire appointment was less than 30 minutes! The woman that does all of the computerized tests before you see the doctor was very friendly. She somehow managed to be friendly while keeping everything moving along at a good pace. The doctor was also nice and gave a nice explanation of what he looks for and the health of my eyes. The office is attached to a Lenscrafters in case you need contacts or glasses which is convenient.
