  • Been going to Pep Boys 30 years to get our cars repaired - things have changed they order wrong parts, wait times have gone up but no car are being serviced in the bays. worst of all wrong service done and paid for, only to bring car back to fix same problem and pay again. Make sure If you get a quote for service with parts check your part prices they add anywhere from 30% to 50% over the price you pay, if you were to purchased it at the same store at the parts counter. Moving down the road to a new home for car repair. Heard Pep Boys has changed owners liked the old owner's way of doing business new Pep Boys not for me
