  • I've been a loyal member for Edge for over 4 years, now this new company comes in Fitness for $10. I've never had door issues until now. Last week I was told we had to change over our accounts, ok I came in after work and talked to the front desk, copied over my old account to the new account, the guy said don't worry your old card will work with our new system, he added my card number to their new system and I come in on Sunday at 5 AM and what do you know my card doesn't work! The new HID system isn't even turned on! All I'm saying is this fly by night company won't last... EOS is just up the street! Yep I'm pissed! Just go to EOS this place is a joke! 3rd time coming in the morning and the damn door won't open, the card readers are both off! My new "barcode" card won't work again this morning! Such BS at 4 AM. Don't waste your money people!
