  • What a wonderful find in the Central Phoenix area! We just finished the Children's Museum and wanted to get a quick, healthy bite to eat before heading home. After two attempts at different deli establishments (both closed on Sundays), we stumbled upon Zookz. I had #15 (the turkey, cranberries, roasted almonds, and a light curry sauce) with a side of Kale salad. It was light, tasty, filling, and satisfying! The combination of these wonderful, fresh ingredients made my mouth as happy has can be. Of course, the best part was the toasted bread-you've got to experience it! You'll see nothing like this anywhere. My boyfriend had a breakfast sandwich (don't recall which one it actually was), but he said it was delicious too! If you crave something fresh, healthy, and original (the toasted bread-like Panini pocket), you have to try this place, it's totally worth it!
