  • This office was helpful and friendly when Dr Maffeo was there. The staff has changed within the last 2 years to a disappointment. I have had my front filling done 3 times within 5 yrs. had one of those awesome crowns that they make in their special machine before your eyes. Well that is no longer in my mouth and the office will not work with you to resolve and my insurance won't help cover a new one for another 3 yrs. with a 5 yr clause to work on same tooth. Mind you that with insurance the whole prep and tooth out of my pocket was close to 2k. Sent email to office complained to office manager with no offer to assist. Bad choice on my part for years of my families services thinking how friendly they are. Friendly doesn't mean nothing if the products used are crap!
