  • Purchased two cars here over the past 7 years and have to say I have been happy with the service department up until the wrecked my vehicle and didn't bother to tell me, I had to find damage and confront them..... 2nd and last strike my vehicle comes back with some minor damage and know one seems to care that they damaged it yet again..... Won't be returning Pinnacles un-happy customer
