  • After living in my new home for 3 years I decided it was time to have the carpet's cleaned, since it had never been done. While they still looked great and had no stains I figured it was time for a good cleaning. I found Paradise Carpet on Yelp and they were one of the very few companies who had perfect reviews so I decided to give George a call. I got an appointment for the same week! From the initial contact on the phone he was very detailed and knowledgeable in explaining everything. He showed up at my house right on time and even called when he was on his way to let me know. When he got here he measured all the carpet I wanted cleaned and quickly gave me a price that included a 10% yelp discount! He didn't try to upsell me additional services like I have seen just about everyone do. He was straight and to the point and started on the job. It took him about 1.5 hours and when he was done I could see the brightness and cleanliness back in the carpet! George really takes the time to explain his process to you and make sure all your questions are answered. When he told me he has been doing this for 5 years I was shocked because with his knowledge and professionalism I thought he had been doing it much longer! I was just happy to have found him, especially after hearing horror stories from neighbors on carpet cleaning companies they had used. If you need your carpets cleaned I wouldn't use anyone else! I will definitely be recommending him to family and friends.
