  • This place is bullshit!!! I took the day off of work to handle situations and the their rep hung up on me. I'm now on hold waiting for their supervisor. It's ridiculous that they give you an image to call them to handle your situation while you wait an hour on hold hold to get hung up on. I called back and now I'm on my way there! This place is utterly behind bc I'm not able to deal with the issue upfront. If they choose to work close to the courts than they need to progress as such!!! I'm outraged that my tax goes to their bs compensation! This entity needs to be a third party! No one here deserves my hard tax dollars at work nor anything in return as they hire incompetent asshole to work here!!! No one knows what the other hand is doing-such a waste of time!!!
