They have poor business practices lacking moral ethic. A newly homeless, hard WORKING, full time employed, friend of mine decided to give these apartments a chance. She was escaping a potentially harmful environment due to no fault of her own. She gave them a $150 deposit as they ensured her she had 48 to request a refund if she changed her mind. She read some reviews concerning roaches and being that she had just purchased new furniture within the last year, decided it wasn't worth the risk to move into these apartments...if indeed they do have roaches. She decided instead to tough it out in a hotel. Long story short, when she requested a refund less than 48 hours later, the management manipulated the dates and informed her that her 48-hour refund grace period had expired. This is will not be tolerated on any level and although it costs more in time and effort writing letters/filing complaints, it will ensure this company never sees prosperity as long as they are harming their own community financially. This may be legal a legal policy (if enforced correctly) but it isn't a moral one and it will cause an adverse effect on this companies finances. Go learn some spiritual principles and you'll see abundance. That's a lesson I'm going to give the apartment management FOR FREE.
