  • I work from home a lot, so my home computer is essential for my job. I count on the PC Guy to keep my system running efficiently, virus-free, and with the most current programs. He is very reasonable, reliable, returns phone calls quickly, and so far has provided same-day service, which is a huge stress relief for me. Most recently, he diagnosed and corrected a problem with my external hard drive, downloaded software enabling me to watch videos and DVDs on my desktop more easily, and retrieved some data that I thought I had lost forever. He also takes the time to explain what he is doing, which gives me a better understanding of my system and empowers me to troubleshoot issues on my own. I have also recently referred him to a colleague and some friends, and the feedback has been outstanding.
