  • Seems like everything about Fresh & Easy has been changing lately; some good and some bad. I'll start with the good: the redesign is quite nice. I like that you can order food, eat in or grab a snack. I also like that most products in the store are healthy as well. But let's move on to the bad. I have 3 major gripes with new stores: - Paper bags - Savings - Cash back as far as bags go, I hate the paper ones. The handles almost always break off. I hate it. I don't like that I'm no longer getting $5 when I spend $50 or Made-For-Me coupons. I feel like all the savings are slowly being taken away. And tonight I found out that I can no longer get cash back because they want us to use the ATM. I refuse to use a machine that chargers me to get my own money in physical form. I can't believe that something as convenient as cash back would be sacrificed for a few dollars made from an ATM. Ridiculous. On the plus side, Marie from this location is a joy to interact with; she's always so friendly and helpful.
