  • Del Grosso installed carpet in a home we purchased new in 2013. In the family room the carpet is separating along a seam line, likely due to poor installation. Customer service states their warranty is only for a one year period and therefore there's nothing they can do. You would had hoped they had more pride in there work. Basically purchase here and after a year you're on your own.
