  • They replaced a water heater for me in Albuquerque. I later found out they did not pull a permit which is required. and I assume it was because they are not even licensed to do gas work they are only licensed in plumbing which by the way when I checked last week that was suspended. Now I can't get a city inspection which is required with out basically hiring a reputable, licensed and bonded company to pull a permit come out and do all the things that they didn't do so that the job would meet city code. Also if they do your gas work without pulling a permit and having a city inspection homeowners will not cover in case of a fire or explosion. Now they won't even return my phone calls to make it right. Legally they are not allowed to charge for doing work that they are not licensed in that field. I will be filing a complaint with Construction Industries in Arizona & New Mexico, also with the Attorney General's office and City of Albuquerque. Would like a refund to put toward the new expense of having a licensed company redo the work with a permit and an inspection
