  • I've dealt with a handful of full-service pool professionals in Phoenix, but Paul is hands down the best person I've ever had work on my pool. I went through my home warranty to make a claim about my DE filter. Paul was assigned to my claim, and I'm so thankful. I'll use him for anything pool related moving forward. He's incredibly organized, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, works quickly, and was very responsive and flexible on the phone in scheduling appointments before he came to the house. Paul removed my old, torn DE grids and cracked manifold and installed and "charged" (added DE powder to) a new DE grid kit and manifold, and O-rings to my system. I thought I knew the basics of being a pool owner before. Nope! I feel like I really went through "Pool Ownership 101" after meeting him. He worked quickly but still took the time to explain to me why he was doing every thing he did, and how all of the components worked. He educated me so I could keep the pool maintenance up after he left. He taught me more than I ever knew about pool chemistry, measuring DE correctly, backwashing (and doing it correctly), cleaning timing -- everything so my brand new DE grid kit and manifold he installed will last as long as possible. I was really impressed after he was done, too. He was insanely quick in sending me my invoices electronically so I had them on file. I can't express enough how pleased I am. I was so upset when I had to make the home warranty claim; you really don't know who they're going to assign to you. But Paul made everything else after that easy. I highly recommend him for any pool-related services.
