  • We were at the Plaza Premium Lounge at F gate, Toronto airport on our way back from a long trip. The lounge was small that we could not find seats together. Most of the foods looked like have not been attended for quite some time. Some of the sofas have dirty spots on them, tables with cans and food plates left that were not cleaned and there were food scraps all over on the floor. I did not enjoy the experience at all. There should be higher standards for a premium lounge.
