This place is probably better for people that want instruction, however when it comes to people wanting to rent a room to practice on their own, I suggest trying another place out first.
The poles aren't that tall in the zen room (the room they rent out) so if you're looking for taller poles to do longer combos on or to practice drops then it's not for you.
Second, the poles themselves are not bolted down or permanently placed like some places, they're taken down and put back up constantly. This gave it the feel of just a regular at home pole that you can buy at a store. They didn't spin a whole lot, you'll get around about 4-6 times before it slows completely down or just stops. Also they were very slippery. Not matter how many times I wiped it down with alcohol it didn't help. I'm an experienced pole dancer so I didn't wear lotion or anything slippery on my body. Make sure to bring pole grip as I didn't see any provided in the room. It might help.
