  • We started coming here after they opened because they are closer to where we live. We became good friends with the manager who worked at the original location and she moved to this new location. When she's there, she treats our dog like a queen. I haven't seen her in months and when we go in there, the staff is not friendly. We were there last week and none of the employees acknowledged our dog. They were very unfriendly. I ordered a special order and it took over a month to get in. We went to the original one we used to go to and they welcomed us with open arms. We will be going to the original store we started going to in the first place!
