  • Favourite bbt place in town. Authentic tea flavour on the sweeter side but great chewy tapiocas as well. Service is fast and very affordable. Great products for best prices! This store is the definition of the saying, don't judge a book by its cover. Even though it looks a bit run down and shady af, I highly recommend giving it a try. Don't believe they use any powder and everything tastes very fresh and original. Just order the basic milk tea with tapioca, their O Canada bbt is great as well. The fish balls and assorted snacks are very affordable. Remember to ask for hot flakes on it too! They only take cash here though BUT If you pay $10+ you get a 10% off VIP card for the rest of the year!
