  • I hired Arizona Carpet and Tile Cleaning to clean and seal my grout on my floors. John came out to do the job. He seemed like a nice guy. They charged me $625. However, the grout is still dirty. I cannot tell the difference from before and after the grout was cleaned. Plus, now there are prints and cloudiness on the tile that was not visibly present before. The grout is a light gray, yet was still black in the kitchen after it was cleaned. These floors and grout were only 2 years old. Moreover, he damaged some backsplash grout. John came out a second time to clean the grout. He looked like he was working hard and got the grout a little cleaner in a few areas, but it was still dirty looking in some areas. As John said, there are no guarantees when cleaning grout. There were still prints and a cloudiness on the tiles that were not visible prior to them cleaning the grout. They also damaged my refrigerator. I am very disappointed in the outcome. The bottom line, I regret hiring them.
