  • This place has gone down hill the past 6 months. The food is never portioned the same, and is not consistent. Today I received my food and drink, waited by the window to get a straw, which was not given to me with my drink. Literally at least 8 people walked past the window saw me trying to flag them over for a simple straw and was completely ignored by everyone of the staff. I definitely will not be returning to this location... ever! Finally after 6 minutes of sitting at the window, I got attitude from an employee, and finally got a straw.
