  • If you are looking for customer service, go somewhere else. Can't get a callback and even tried calling Sears at Paradise Valley store-thought the manager there could light a fire under the manager at the Outlet store and no one even answered the phone there. Called customer service for Sears and the girl couldn't even get them on the phone either, are you kidding me. I will not shop any Sears again.l
