I called a couple weeks ago to see how long it would take to have my galaxy s8 screen repaired and how much it would cost. I was told about 2 hours and 240 dollars. I immediately went in with my phone and was told they didn't have the right color part but they could put a different color on if that was ok. This confused me because I only need the screen replaced but I didn't care about the back color so I said that was fine. After signing everything and giving them my phone, they told me it would be ready at 445 pm. It was 11 am. But ok. I had to work at 4 so I was without my phone for an entire day. The next day I returned and my phone had not been repaired because the part they had was the wrong color. When I explained I had approved that, I was told there was a new policy that they would not allow a different color part to be put on a Samsung device. They said they had called me to let me know which was hilarious since they had my phone. I was definitely frustrated, but they said they could order the right color for me and let me know when it would arrive. Like I said, it's been about 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything from them. My phone is still broken, but I probably won't return here to get it repaired. I only give 3 stars because the customer service reps that helped me were very nice and seemed to genuinely want to help.
