  • Not very friendly or willing to help. Only looked at google earth to give me a quote. Didn't ask about what plants I have or the style of my landscaping. They don't seem to care about my specific needs. They might do a good job if all you need is someone to mow your lawn, look at your sprinklers and use a blower once week. However if you want to partner with a landscaping company to make your yard look awesome they don't offer me this service. Also I am very wary about their knowledge of horticulture. I asked about a plant I have at my house and was told it dies every winter and needs to be ripped out and a new one put in, yearly. I've had this plant through winter and it actually stays green year round and blooms year round! I was told by the boss, sue, they do this at homes they currently service that have this plant. Sue also asked if I was sitting down when I asked her the price for coming other then weekly. I was disappointed with my call and the customer service I received. I read a couple good reviews and thought my call would go differently. I realize though those reviews are a few years old.
