  • Driver didn't know where The Flats were and wasn't willing to take an intersection or restaurant name as a destination point - insisted on an actual street address. This would have been understandable but even when given a street address wouldn't drive there without putting the address into the GPS. The driver then continued to play with the gps while driving, taking his eyes off the road. Cab drivers should know their way around a city, especially when driving to a relatively well known destination. Bad customer service and worse driving.
