rev:text	I have been trying to cancel a repair order from Best Buy's Geek Squad, for two days now. It's just to hook up our TV to our sound system (both bought from BB. Best Buy has charged already us $199 for the work to be done, but our handyman was able to do it yesterday in 5 minutes. So I called BB to cancel the work order yesterday and spend an hour and 40 minutes on the phone and online trying to cancel the appointment. Everyone I spoke at the 800# I was given said I'd reached the wrong department and transferred me to someone else...each time I had to wait on hold for several minutes, then repeat my request, give the order # etc. I ended up being transfer NINE times, speaking with 8 different people, each of who transferred me to another number, assuring me that "this will be the right place to handle your issue." By the 9th transfer I was REALLY upset, but assured by the supervisor who transferred me that the next person would be correct. So I wanted on hold another 17 minutes ONLY TO BE DISCONNECTED FOR THE SECOND TIME! I was SOOOoooooo pissed!!! I've tried canceling online, by email, and even via a chat...to no avail. So now I'm on hold again today and I'm not a happy camper. While holding again today, btw, I tried doing another 'chat' and was again disconnect after waiting 30 minutes. I've been doing business with Best Buy for one 15 years, but will never, ever buy even a battery from them. So that's why they get one star for me....and that's only because I couldn't do zero stars!
