Horrendous customer service. Dishwasher under warranty broke. Tech said needed new motor, two weeks max to order. Called after three weeks. Left message. No return call. Repeated messages left by myself and husband not returned over the next month. Finally a rather abrupt female returned call.said part would be in with 1-2 days, would call to schedule repair. Mind you this is 5 weeks after initial diagnostic visit! crickets.....nothing but radio silence.
After yet another week, I leave message: read your reviews, not surprised not returning calls and taking have no option but to call Lowes and inform them of your completely horrible service , actually lack there of. Surprise! Got return call promptly. Woman still rude; no explanation on why not retuning calls, what took so long. Avoid at all costs; save yourself the aggravation of trying to deal with complete incompetence .
