  • Brought in my friend for her appointment. Typical doctor office wait (we were seen 30+ minutes after our appointment time) with more waiting once we were seen to a consultation room. The nurse staff and the doctor were all very nice and jovial. They got the cast on fairly quickly though the nurse that performed must have been new as he was getting instructions from other more-established nurses through the whole process. Though it's been a mess for my friend because of the USA's ridiculous health care system, our visit to TOCA wasn't awful and I hope they take good care of her when she goes back for future visits.
