  • My husband and I went to the casino because I enjjoy the Flintstone slot game. We decided to grab a bite of lunch around 2:45 in the cafe. We have been many places, this place had hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. The place was almost empty , we waited about 6 minutes to be seated, totally being ignored. Sat at our table about ten minutes with no one stopping by, plenty of people walked by our table, going who knows where..even management types but we must have turned invisible. Finally a lady stopped by to get our drink order we scared her by trying to order food, she doesn't do that .finally got a server , a lady stopped by, we placed our order. Sat there quite awhile, drink refill lady was doing who knows what since there were very few tables with customers .we had an appetizer which might have been warm at one time but we listened to our server talk to another table easily ten minutes. Finally we got it. Had to bother her again wanting a drink refill. Food finally made it out..average at best. Everyone went back in kitchen for awhile, party in the kitchen maybe ?? wish we had been invited lol...we got our bill finally. No asking if food was ok, what did we need, etc. We are locals and we're very excited to try this place we will not be back.. cashier did not even ask how our lunch was, nor was she engaging. Have never felt so unwelcome as a customer. I do nt know if they all had a rough morning and were almost sleepwalking by the time we came in.
