rev:text	I have done Brazilian wax before but this was my first visit here... and I don't see the chances of going back there. I understand that it's a spa on bloor, time is crucial but if the girl in the front could be a bit more personable to customers, it may not seem as obvious that it is a money driven place. Lisa was good, she was able to converse with me while doing my wax (I did brazilian, eyebrow, underarm and upper lip). She had enough time but I still felt that she was rushing a bit... the left side of my vaginal lip is swollen now...I think it was from her trying to pull the strip but slipped from rushing... After my waxes, I went up to get my manicure/pedicure combo (first time for pedi, that was great). However, my manicure was starting to get rushed because she was running behind, I started feeling her rush a bit. I told her I did not mind not getting having nail polish on so I could speed the process up. When I got home to check my nails....well I had better manicures done at a much better price than that... I still have a lot of dead skin around my finger tips... The ladies there were ok, but I think it's the management of the place...it's all time and money to them...worst one I would say is the front desk and I think that is an important position to help retain your clients. In this case, I think I could do much better.
