  • I ordered a motherboard from NewEgg that was shipped from OutletPC. The board I received was DOA. I tried to return to NewEgg but was told that I'd have to deal with Outlet. I called Outlet and after a very unpleasant conversation with the rep, I was told to send the board back to them for testing. I asked about a return label and was told that they don't offer one and that I'd be responsible for the return shipping. After about a week, I got an email that my refund was being processed but it would be minus the shipping charges. I was gonna be out the original shipping of $17.85 plus the return of another $17.85. Rather than than fight what was sure to be a losing battle, I just sucked it up and made up my mind to never do business with NewEgg and especially OutletPC again.
