| - Costumer service is totally absent anymore. Saks used to be a fine store, with the best costumer service, the client being always first. Those days are far gone, at least in Saks, Nordstrom IS THE FINE store of today, where the client will always receive a YES. My mother went to Saks to exchange a gift she received, the person who gave her the gift didn't give the gift ticket, the gift is still wrapped with Saks own papers, never been opened, well SAKS did absolutely nothing for her except treat her rudely and poorly, never resolving the issue, and even giving the "advise" to just take the gift and give it to someone else. Well SAKS, as a family we spend around 10,000 dollars in shopping every year, you will never see a debt of that from us again. Nordstrom here we come!
