  • It's sad to see any bad reviews on here when I've had the best experience every time I come in. I bought my Kia Soul from Burt, who was awesome, he took his time with us and never once pushed us into anything or made us feel like he was just trying to "sell us" on a car. Just a good guy. Chad was my finance manager and I have nothing but good things to say about him as well. Nice guy and very helpful. Since buying the car I've been to the service center twice and both times were great as well. First time was to get my car serviced, as a woman in my mid twenties I am always afraid to get swindled by mechanics, but I also freak out at every little noise and think something is wrong when it isn't, so I was really happy when Jose told me my car was in great condition and the drip I was so worried about was just condensation. Service was also fast and convenient. I made an appointment for a Saturday and got right in. The second time I had to have my Soul towed there, I was driving and heard a loud burst followed by lots of smoke. I immediately pulled over to find a bunch fluid dripping from under my car. After having a small panic attack I called roadside service and had them tow it to Kia, in the morning Mike called me and said he had received it and drove it around a little and didn't notice anything wrong thus far, I told him about the fluid leaking and smoke and he thoroughly explained the process to me and put me a little at ease (of course I was still worried about my baby). He said they would take a look at it and give me an update a little later. Around noon Mike called me back to let me know there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car, it was possible I hit something with liquid in it which had sprayed on my exhaust and cause the smoke I saw, but all my fluids were perfectly fine, no check engine light, and it was driving great. He told me I could come pick it up and on top of that he wouldn't charge me for anything. I seriously could have hugged him through the phone. After this last experience I can honestly say I trust the people at Findlay Kia and won't take my car anywhere else. Thank you all for your hard work and taking care of my baby
