  • I had an appointment for an in-house estimate for a cross-country move with Mark that was scheduled a week before. When I called to confirm why he still had not arrived 15 minutes after the scheduled time, he gave some personal excuse. This was unprofessional. If this is any indication of how my cross-country move would be with Red Carpet Moving, I would much rather give my business elsewhere.
