I don't even want to give this company one star. Let me just list off a few:
-Took 6 days to even get us an appointment (meanwhile, no hot water)
-Time frame for technician to show up was between 7am-8pm!
-Called from a blocked number which I did not receive, with no voicemail left
-Terrible customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes
-Next available appointment = another 5 days from now
They are clearly understaffed and do not care about retaining business. I have never heard of a single company taking so long to make an appointment especially for something so vital. Also, they are not accommodating in any way shape or form. A 12 HOUR WINDOW FOR SERVICE?? That's not realistic nor acceptable. It's not hard to make a schedule and send the driver on a mapped route. Most people have full time jobs and can't sit around all day for the gas man to show up. Also, if an appointment is missed, they need to have a window for making up that appointment within the next couple of hours or days. Needless to say, I can't believe this company is still in business. Terrible and a nightmare for customers.
