I stayed here one night last week on a stay-cation of sorts.
The staff were very friendly while checking in, but not that annoying friendly where you end up chatting for too long. (Upon arriving at a hotel I like to get to my room as quickly as possible... ya feel me?)
Our room was quite small (more boutique than Hyatt in size), but the bed was divine - firm mattress with a pillow top, and the furnishings modern and tasteful.
Wifi is PAID per day, which can be a bit of a hassle if you have to get work done while you're there. There is a Starbucks downstairs where I could have worked for free, but I opted to just pay the charge and work from the heavenly bed.
CROWN JEWEL: There is an outdoor roof pool on the 17th floor. I repeat, there is an outdoor roof pool on the 17th floor.
GOTTA MENTION: Oh wait... did I already mention THE ROOF POOL!?
