  • I have to give them 5!!! Generally the wait isn't the best but tonight Alyssa took customer service to a whole new level. I told her I was considering backing out of the drive thru because I was afraid of being late to my appointment (and fortunately no one was behind me). She took my order and disappeared. She reappeared moments later with my drink in hand. (It's good to note here that the line hasn't budged at all during this time.). She gave me my drink and then helped me back out of the drive thru giving me just enough time to get to my appointment on time. Thank you Dutch Bros for hiring Alyssa. She is a gem!!!
