  • First time service experience here but unfortunately turned out to be very bad. I usually goto my dealer, but as this was very close to my home and I just became a AAA member couple of months back, decided to try it out. Dropped the car for an oil change and wheel rotation. Oil change prices exorbitant ! Anyways, I take my car after service, and realize in the evening that my OBD2 adaptor (which I had removed and kept inside a pouch in the glove box of my car) was missing. I call the shop next day and they say they don't know anything about it and go as far to say they never went inside my glove box. I go to the shop and there the technician admits they did actually open the glove box, since the wheel nuts are inside the glove box... (so first time the guy just blatantly lied about not even going inside the glove box). They don't have any answer as to where the adaptor is. Clearly lost by them. So much for "honest" repairs. Never before I had such an experience anywhere. And they weren't even apologetic about having lost it...Clearly will not be returning and I don't recommend this shop.
