  • Ms. Whitney was great! When another cookie place told me they needed at least 3-4 weeks notice in advance, I felt hopeless until I discovered the cookie zoo. They responded to my request really quick and was fully understanding the details I needed on the cookie design! Friendly and professional even on the phone without meeting her. Easy to communicate via email as well since we needed to see the images as references. Her homemade cookies are delicious!! The recipient was very surprised and happy to receive her birthday cookies - she was thrilled that wasn't another ordinary cake!! I recommend everyone to give it a try!
