  • One of my favorite summer cake is the " folies d'ete". Every time I have an occasion, I either order the Folie d'ete or le Chouchou chocolat et framboises. The Folie d'ete is an almond biscuit with white chocolate and pistachio ganache, with fruits and macaron. The Chouchou chocolat et framboises is a chocolate cake with red fruits cream, chocolate Valrhona ganache and cream puffs. Premiere moisson has all sort of cakes and pastries. They have a huge variety of cakes for all tastes. Quality and service in general are great. They have many branches all across the area. I can say that the laval branch is very efficient. Once I order a last minute cake from there and they were able to full-fill my request with no problems. Their branch in downtown is not that good. They took the wrong order. But they manage to correct it and gave me 2 cakes insteed of 1. Overall, it is a very satifsfying experience buying from Premiere moisson. I am never disappointed. For those who never tryed this place, I strongly recommend it. It is also good to check their website as you can see all the wide variety of products they offer.
