  • I took an iPhone 5, which I'd replaced with an iPhone 6, into the store to see if they'd buy it. The fellow who helped me was honest and said that since there were 5 iPhones that had come out after mine, he could only give me about $50. He also told me I might be able to get a better price. He then asked if I'd cleared all the info, which I hadn't because I didn't know how. Even though he knew I wasn't going to sell them the phone, he spent a good 10 minutes clearing everything for me (there were no other customers). He couldn't have been kinder, more honest, or more helpful!
