  • WARNING: Do not bring anything here with a stain! They shouldn't be called cleaners, but instead people who only know how to iron/press, NOT clean. I brought 3 items into them, 1 of which had a food stain (acquired the night before). I went to pick them up and the one with the stain still had the stain. I asked them to clean it again and try ANYTHING to get it out, even signed a waiver. I came back to pick it up and it still wasn't clean. The woman started laughing at the situation. I didn't think it was funny. I asked for my money back and her response was, "Well, if we refunded everyone who's stain we didn't remove, we'd be out of business." So you do this often?!?!?! Horrible service and terrible cleaners. Thank G-d for Starcrest cleaners who were able to work their magic and save my $160 dress.
