egg tarts fan must come here! the shell is still the flaky soft crust not the cookie or pie crust kind, and the use omega 3 eggs to make it better but charge $1.20/tart. but if you buy 6 pastries there's no tax still.
the breads for their buns are really consistent, fluffy, lightly sweet and airy. if there's a filling inside, you actually get filling when you first bite into it, unlike ie) T&T buns where you keep biting until you find the teaspoon of bbq pork filling and they seal each bun/pastry in a separate baggie.
they've been good and consistent for years now.
