  • I want to like this place, and there is a lot of potential here but it just falls flat. The playground is amazing and that's about all the good I have to write about Amazone. The bad, is well, really bad. My daughter was playing on the playground and found a switch blade knife. We quickly told someone at the front desk and it took them about 15 minutes to get the knife out of the play area meanwhile kids were just continuing to playing! This was the first time we went, so it was 2015. Fast forward to last year 2016 spring. I caught the person running my credit card, what appeared to be, TAKING A PICTURE OF THE NUMBERS ON MY CREDIT CARD. I confronted the employee right away and asked what he was doing and he said he wasn't doing anything. He could have just been using his phone while I paid, but it looked pretty obvious that he wasn't being truthful. I contacted my bank right away. We haven't been back. The place is has a bunch of dirty couches to sit on. The arcade is a joke. It's just really unfortunate because the actually play area is really neat. But not enough for me to risk it.
