  • My shoulder mri was cancelled 2 times over a 2 week period because their machine was broken. Each time it broke, they gave me 1 day notice and couldn't get me into any of the other locations, so I waited 3 weeks to have the procedure. Once I finally had a set appointment, I came in early to fill out paperwork, and waited 30 minutes past my scheduled time in the main waiting room and another 15 in the back area. The only pleasant experience was the lady running the machine, she was very friendly.
