  • First opinion of this store in well kept and organized. I've been to this store twice. Both were terrible experiences. The first time I came in and was dolled up for a night out with a friend from out of town. Was wanting to find a good lip stick. I was looking at the colors and none of the sales girls showed any interest in helping me. I had to basically hunt someone down to help. Ended up not buying anything. The second time I came in was tonight... wasn't wearing any makeup but was in search for a compact for my eye makeup. Wasn't greeted for the first 5 minutes until a girl doing makeup came up and asked what I was looking for. Pointed to it and went over the pricing with me. I let her know I just needed to text my husband and ask before making my purchase. So about 5 minutes later another sales person came from the back... and the one stopped doing this girls makeup in the middle of doing it and switched with one of the girls that just got to work. Must of been shift change. A blonde female then walked up to me and asked if I've been helped. I advised yes but waiting for my husband to text me back. Once I said that it got real awkward. It was almost as if she thought I was weird checking with my husband before making a purchase. Well I'm sorry I'm not going to spend money on stuff without talking it out with my spouse. After that she acted like I was a bother. He finally texted me back and all the sales people were helping customers so I decided I would look for what it was I came for on my own. And head to the register where their were someone checking others out. The blonde that came up to me got really annoyed that I was looking for the product and said with a lot of attitude "do I need to grab something for you". Ummm yeah but didn't want to interrupt your conversation. She got annoyed that she had to go in the back and get what I came for. The people that work in this store have a lot of unnecessary attitude and entitlement. They do pick and choose which customers they're going to be very sweet to and not be sweet to. If you're coming in planning on spending a lot of money chances are they're going to be treated better than someone that's coming in to get a refill and spending less than 20 bucks, just my opinion.
