  • I have hated going to the dentist but since I started coming to Albright my perspective definitely changed. I have not had any consistency like that with a dentist office before. The office is located in South Phoenix and is convenient for me since I live a 5 min drive away. When you walk in there is lots of seating, coffee area and literature to read while you wait. Wendy, the receptionist will greet you. She is polite and makes sure to accommodate me due to my busy work schedule. Whenever I ask if she can call me back if anyone cancels she does which not many offices do. Dr. Jakobsen is knowledgeable and a highly skilled dentist. He will answer any questions you have and give recommendations if needed. I love getting my teeth cleaned with dental hygienist Sadi. She knows her stuff and is very friendly. I always have conversations about life with her and it just shows how she makes her patients feel comfortable. At the end of the visit I get to sit down with Ginny to make sure everything is getting covered and what is my responsibility. She always has a positive attitude and is incredibly helpful. I feel like the office knows me very well and I love coming here. I highly recommend you visit this amazing dental office.
