  • We were 19 minutes late to our appointment and they told us they wouldn't take our dogs for their appointment. Oh well, at $85 per dog, we are fine with taking our business elsewhere. They never seem to remember us or our dogs whenever we come in anyway. We pretty much feel like we are just a number.
