  • Never trust these people or go to them. They will take your money and give you no service in return. Katie Cassidy cancelled my appointment on me and I was still charged the $100 + a tip and she didn't do anything about it but keep the money. I told her what was happening and she only returned my messages and phone calls when it was convenient for her and avoided the situation. She did not care that I just lost money. She didn't try to reschedule or get me a refund. There was no effort in helping me out whatsoever. I strongly DO NOT recommend. So selfish and un professional.
