| - I took my Mercedes here for an oil change. When I left the rear camera as well as the entire computer system didn't work. When I returned to get the rest of the "B-Scan" completed (which includes an updating of the computer system -- this told to me by the owner, and why I figured the computer issues were due to that) the owner said first that he didn't have time, and then that the computer and camera issues were not from them. The owner brought out his mechanic and I explained the problem, saying that it was a strange coincidence that everything was fine before the oil change. The mechanic proceeded to make jokes, before going on to treat me like a CRIMINAL, saying, "I'm not gunna buy it" when I told him that everything was fine before I took my car there. As if I was trying to pull a fast one on THEM. I didn't even know there was an issue -- I thought the B-Scan would take care of it! So without even complaining, I get accused by their team. The mechanic said it will be $200 and an overnight stay to DIAGNOSE the problem. That doesn't include the $277 it would cost to get the scan, what I had come for in the first place.
It's clear that they see my car and think they can take advantage of me. I went to G&G based on the many 5-star reviews here, but what I got was the oldest trick in the book: Go to an auto shop for something small and leave with bigger problems that will cost hundreds of dollars to fix. I'm extremely disappointed in the service at G&G, but what is unconscionable is that without provocation I was made to feel like I was the shady one.
I doubt they care about losing one customer, but for wasting my time and insulting me they should be ashamed.
