I rented from this location for three weeks. I originally asked for a week and was quoted $350 a week for their compact car from the corporate number. When I arrived, they advised I sign up for their free membership and also provided a discount for being a UNLV student. Since I ultimately needed the car longer than expected, they easily just extended my contract at the discounted rate which gave two free days a week. Additionally, when I went to return the vehicle , the only time I was able to was when this location was closed, so I returned it late at the westin location as instructed by the corporate number. However , they to were closed, but they had a drop box. I was told that if the keys were in the drop box by the time the employees arrived that I wouldn't be charged an extra day. The next morning a store employee called me to close out my account, but has added the extra day charge. Since he didn't have the capacity to take this charge off, he offered that I speak with his supervisor who may be able to do this without me having to ask him to do this. Without hesitation the supervisor took off the charge and was very appreciative of my business. Thank you Enterprise for delivering exceptional customer service!
